Location: Either walk through to Glossop road directly to the east avoiding private property, walking down hill turning hard right along Glossop Road until you reach Caleys Lane and then Caleys Repulse can be accessed between house No 1 and No 2 on the northern side of the lane. The monument is fenced and there is a small interpretation sign.

Relevance to Cox’s Road: This site near Cox’s Road was mis-attributed to the botanist George Caley by Governor Macquarie in 1815. It is now the stuff of numerous legends and misconceptions, its importance is partly defined by these myths.
